Cheese Chilies Cornbread



Nothing goes better with chili!


Ingredients

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter, cooled
1 cup cornmeal
1 tsp. each salt and baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup grated Monterrey Jack or cheddar cheese
1 cup canned cream style corn
1/4 cup minced green onion
1 can diced green chilies

Directions:

Beat ingredients together.  Place in greased 10" cake pan or heavy 10" skillet.  Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
